About the role
We are a startup in mission to unlock human potential, empowering people to prosper doing what they love. We are now looking for an exceptional Learning Facilitator (Freelance) who will play a key significant role in the content team and help understand Kuncie users better in order to create highly engaging classes to set for success.
In this role you will:
- Provide the best support and feedback to optimize the student's learning process
- Rate student performance and report back
- Make sure students are on track with the learning targets
- Conduct weekly meeting with students
- Responsible for students knowledge and skills
- Facilitating group discussion and responding to queries
- Build a strong and trusted relationship with students, as well as create an engaging learning environment
- Act as class moderator during the program
Desired Experiences:
- Minimal Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
- Have a proficient knowledge in Tech Quality Assurance/Product Management
- Have a 1 year experience as facilitator
- Have an assertive communication skills
- Commit to 15 hours a week for ongoing program (2-3 months)
- Enjoy working with and developing people
- Have a leader persona
- Able to lead 10 - 15 students in a group
- Proficient in Google Suites (especially Google Suites & Google Calendar)
- Bootcamp graduates is preferable
