Descriptions
- Helping students to develop a growth-mindset and supportive culture
- Drive adoption of product usage, features, and maintain a strong relationship with customer
- Delighting customer in end-to-end product experience especially in a context of a learning experience (onboarding, learning, consultation & off-boarding)
- Be the voice of customer, and consolidate feedback from customer to gather insight & recommend improvement, suggestions, and initiatives to align with the business goal
- Work closely with cross-functional team (product, biz ops, sales & service) to deliver the best learning experience to customer
- Proactive approach in sharing information related to learning experience to customer via chat/group chat/con-call
Requirements
- Bachelor of Administrator/Psychology, or having previous experience in Customer Success/Account Management/Customer Experience are welcome to apply
- Having an interest in education, user service experience to serve customer
- Self-starter, attention to detail and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work in face-pace environment, multitasking & prioritizing
- Intermediate English level would be a plus
- Familiar with Google Suite tools (docs, spreadsheet, etc)
