Fraud Jr Specialist

Your main duties in flying with us:

• Assist in conducting investigations into suspected fraudulent activities related to credit card transactions.
• Analyze transactional data and patterns to detect potential fraud trends.
• Collaborate with the team to review and respond to fraud alerts and reports.
• Document and maintain accurate records of fraud cases, including investigation details and actions taken.
• Support the implementation of fraud prevention strategies and policies.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging fraud trends.
• Participate in fraud awareness initiatives and contribute to educating customers and stakeholders about fraud prevention measures.
• Provide assistance and support to senior team members in fraud-related tasks.
• Manage the organization's whitelist system and processes to facilitate smooth transaction processing for trusted entities and individuals.
• Review and evaluate whitelist requests from internal stakeholders, such as merchants, partners, or specific criteria, ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Assist in analysis and risk assessment of whitelist requests to determine their legitimacy and potential impact on fraud prevention measures.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

• Bachelor's degree from any relevant major
• Previous experience in fraud detection, investigations, or related areas is preferred.
• Basic understanding of credit card fraud schemes and prevention techniques.
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and investigation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Posses excellent English, both oral and written.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Have an eagerness to learn and can adapt quickly.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and basic computer skills
