Fragrance Associate - Setia City Mall/Empire Subang

• Responsible for customer’s overall in-store experience by providing good customer service
• Having knowledge about fragrances and/or perfumes
• Execute the Brand Customer Service standards to meet or exceed customers’ expectations
• Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values
• Communicate product features and benefits and unique selling points clearly to address customers’ needs and strengthen their connection to the Brand
• Adhere to all established policies and procedures
• Collaborate productively and respectfully with colleagues

• Drive sales in retail
• Serves and respond to customer friendly
• Able to work with team
• Able to communicate in English, Malay
• SPM Leaver/Fresh Grad are welcome to apply
• This will be a 3 months contract role and able to start immediately
