AYANA Hospitality is seeking a passionate and experienced Food Beverage Server to join our team at AYANA Komodo Resort. As a Food Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the food and beverage industry, excellent communication skills, and a friendly and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide them with menus
• Take and process customer orders
• Deliver food and beverages to guest tables
• Ensure high quality of food and drinks
• Address guest concerns and complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

• Previous experience as a Food Beverage Server
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus and ingredients
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
