Job Descriptions

• Identify, approach, and acquire potential driver partners for Big Fleet only (Pickup Box, CDE, CDD, Heavy Truck)
• Manage the performance of 2 Driver Field Sales, who will support you on drivers acquisition
• Execute drivers activation activity (setup daily activation comms, setup weekly drivers incentive mission, order assigning activity when necessary)
• Maintain Drivers response rate and order fulfillment
• Provide insightful daily & weekly performance report of drivers acquisition, onboarding, and fulfillment activities
• Collaborate with related departments to boost driver leads, supply, and fulfillment (Marketing, Business Development, CX, etc)

Job Requirements

• Graduate from reputable university
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in logistics operations
• Having an experience in sales operations is a plus point
• Familiar with Google Spreadsheets and reporting
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Able to meet the target determined by company
