Fitness Instructor - AYANA BALI

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Fitness Instructor to work with our Spa team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Identify the clients’ fitness level and health
• Modify exercise plans based on needs, potential injuries or health issues
• Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions
• Oversee the use of fitness equipment to ensure clients exercise properly and safely
• Carry out First Aid and CPR if needed
• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines

• Explain safe and proper use of gym equipment
• Explain exercises in detail and suggest alternatives if needed
• Inform clients about on gym safety and hygiene guidelines
• Build a positive and trusting relationship with customers

• Minimum of 2 years experience in the same position in a large luxury resort
• Certified as Fitness Instructor or other relevant certificates
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Has positive attitude
• Eloquent in English communication in both written and spoken
• Diploma in Hospitality or other relevant fields. Bachelor's degree is desirable
