Fire & Safety Manager - AYANA BALI

We are in search of a talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Fire & Safety Manager to work with our Engineering team at the finest 5-star luxury resort in Bali.

Summary of responsibilities:

• Responsible to Fire & Safety procedures for AYANA Estate.
• To carry out management tasks with special competencies in the field of fire safety focused on preventing and mitigating fire risk based on Government and Company Regulation.
• Prepare a plan for fire safety activities in all properties.
• Determine all activities of the fire safety management of all properties.
• Implement fire safety operational policies in properties.
• Carry out fire safety management unit activities in properties.
• Controlling fire prevention and control activities.
• Coordinate with the fire department and related agencies.
• Ensure that all fire and safety equipment in an establishment in all properties are in good shape.
• Conduct fire safety inspection and audit from time to time to all properties.
• Do compliance with internal and external audits.
• Conduct Fire drill.
• Conduct Fire drill training to all staff constantly.
• Make sure the building license and equipment are always valid.
• Carry out training of co-worker or employees as regards general fire safety rules and procedure
• Address any of violation of safety codes within the organization
• Make sure that there is a well-developed plan for easy evacuation of people in a building in the case of fire outbreak.

• Indonesian Citizen
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Fire & Safety leader in a large luxury resort.
• Certified Fire & Safety practitioner.
• Knowledge of work's health and safety procedures.
• Experienced in managing Fire & Safety systems and occupational safety codes.
• Comprehensive understanding of Indonesian criminal and civil law, as well as public security norms and regulations.
• Proficient in computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office.
• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (K3 Umum) or other relevant fields. A Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
