About the Role
Ownership and accountability over all entities closing process and financial reporting. Improvement of controls and processes over financial reporting. Set High standard of closing process and financial reporting to meet Big 4 annual financial audit
What you'll do
- Oversees the general accounting and reporting function, which includes inter-company accounting, cash management/reconciliation, financial reporting, etc.
- Review month end closing and financial reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for all entities
- Accountable for ensuring that policies and procedures (internal controls) are in place to provide reasonable assurance that the accounting and reporting process went well especially for the different business use cases and company assets are protected
- Supervise the completion of any financial reporting or other reports required by regulator or other stakeholders
- Accountable and Coordinates work relating to both internal and external audits in the periodic review of the company financial records
- Ensures that the accounting department is staffed with qualified financial personnel capable of meeting the objective and responsibilities, noted above. Responsible for continued development of these associates
What we're looking for
- Hold a bachelor degree in Accounting
- at least 7 years of combined Public accounting (Big 4 is preferred) and Private industry accounting experience within a multinational business
- Prior management experience
- Demonstrated ability to form, lead and develop high-performing teams
- Strong time management and able to complete task on time
- Well versed in IFRS and Indonesia Financial Reporting Standards
- Ability to work collaboratively across department functions
- Experience in analyzing business performance and developing financial plans
- Excellent communication in English and leadership skills are mandatory
- CA, CPA or similar qualifications
