Responsibilities
- Providing support to the Finance Consolidation Department.
- Track and check, reconciliation and organizing of inter companies’ data
- Handling communications with relevant stakeholders
- Support in SAP accounting processing and journal recording
- Participate in annual audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Other additional accounting-related duties will be assigned whenever necessary.
Requirements
- BSc degree in Finance, Accounting.
- Minimum 2 years of Work experience as a Finance Assistant/ Finance Officer, or similar
- Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Advanced MS Excel skills (creating spreadsheets and using financial functions)
- Better to be familiar with accounting SAP software, but not essential
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Positive Attitude, integrity, and good team player. Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive. Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
- Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
