Finance Lead

- Involved in invoice and agreement-related activities;
- Maintain timely payments on a daily basis;
- Evaluate financial documents for correctness and completeness in accordance with SOP;
- Maintain records and keep logs of daily transactions such as accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and so on accounting software;
- Prepare Payment and Receipt Vouchers;
- Maintain the documentation for financial data and transactions;
- Perform month-end finance closing activities;
- Liaise and be in charge of bank account openings and/or additional needs, set up matrix approval;
- Prepare and do ad-hoc reports/projects and tasks as needed;
- Address financial issues and inquiries in a timely manner;
- Ensure accurate and timely payment. Control and monitoring of the process and result of the finance team in daily operations are done correctly;
- Review payment vouchers, supporting documents, and approvals, and communicate with each stakeholder if anything needs clarification or detailed explanation;
- Approve and or release transactions in the internet banking portals;
- Monitor SaaS and/or subscription, analyze costs, pricing, and variable contributions;
- Prepare estimates of funds required for the organization, forecasting and cash flow management;
- Conduct reviews, evaluations and implement process improvements of finance processes, policy, cost reduction, maximize efficiency and point out best practices;
- Provide sufficient coaching and supervision for each team member;
- Provide advice in making financial decisions;
- Representing the finance function in cross-functional teams and with external stakeholders, collaborating with other departments to achieve the organization's
- objectives.
- Support direct Supervisor/Head Division/Team/Committee in terms of the work to its ad-hoc/project-based
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
- Minimum 7 years experience in Finance area;
- Experience in handling overseas companies and familiarity with SaaS is an advantage;
- Familiarity with accounting software and internet banking portals;
- Understanding of financial and accounting principles;
- Strong analytic skills with attention to detail and problem-solving skill;
- Capability in verbal & written communication in English fluently would be preferred;
- Strong team working & interpersonal skills, assertive, communication, and presentation skills;
- Independent and critical thinker, confident and forceful personality;
- Excellent leadership skills, planning and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work and manage conflicting deadlines.
