And as a Finance Intern, You will have the responsibilities to support the finance team in executing day to day finance activities, audit finalization and tax reporting processes. Other details as follows!
Responsibilities:
- Assist in data entry and ensure accuracy through regular validation checks
- Support month-end closing processes and financial reconciliations
- Prepare and maintain audit schedules to support internal and external audits
- Assist in the preparation and compilation of tax reporting data
- Handle accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing and payment tracking
- Provide support on ad-hoc finance tasks as assigned by the team
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., SUM, IF, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas)
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data
- Willing to learn, adaptable, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Capable of performing basic account reconciliations
- Able to support audit and tax reporting processes during peak periods
