About the role:
At Aspire, we pride ourselves on building an amazing team. This role is based in the fast-growing Jakarta office and will work closely with Indonesia’s Finance Executive. We are looking for one AAA candidate that is able to handle great responsibility in finance operations and work in a fast-paced environment of a growing start-up.
What will you be doing?
- Assist Finance Executive in day-to-day finance operations, accounting management, and tax reporting
- Direct involvement in cross functional coordination such as for sales, credit risk analyst, etc.
- Assist to verify and record accounting journals into the accounting system XERO
- Assist preparing report of financial statements
- Support Finance Team to do bookkeeping for business-related transactions
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
- Completed or close to completing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Finance
- Preferably with experience using XERO
- Excellent command of English with a strong desire to learn more about the Fintech industry in Indonesia
- Able to operate Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, working as a team, and pay attention to detail
- Available for 3 months internship and can join immediately
