Job Description
- Prepare and review reconciliation process and fluctuation analysis
- Identify any reconciliation issue and coordinate with the respective users to solve it
- Ensure and monitor that all financial records are complete, exist, and accurate
- Ensure the completeness, existence, and accuracy of manual journal entries including the sufficiency of supporting documents
- Review sufficiency and adequacy of policies and procedures related with finance and accounting process
- Provide advice on the appropriate accounting treatments to related unit/ departments
- Support coordination of closing process, monthly group reporting, and local statutory financial statements audit
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. Working in reputable banks or in Big 4 consulting/auditing firms is highly desired
- Good understanding on banking processes
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work with tight deadlines
- Excellent time management skill
- Fast learner and ability to adapt
