Finance - Financial Accounting & Control Specialist

Job Description

• Prepare and review reconciliation process and fluctuation analysis
• Identify any reconciliation issue and coordinate with the respective users to solve it
• Ensure and monitor that all financial records are complete, exist, and accurate
• Ensure the completeness, existence, and accuracy of manual journal entries including the sufficiency of supporting documents
• Review sufficiency and adequacy of policies and procedures related with finance and accounting process
• Provide advice on the appropriate accounting treatments to related unit/ departments
• Support coordination of closing process, monthly group reporting, and local statutory financial statements audit

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting. Working in reputable banks or in Big 4 consulting/auditing firms is highly desired
• Good understanding on banking processes
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Able to work with tight deadlines
• Excellent time management skill
• Fast learner and ability to adapt
