As a Finance Operation, you will oversee end-to-end finance operations, documenting business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls and ensure that financial records are maintained effectively, up to date and accurately.

THE RECRUITMENT PROCESSES WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH
What you’ll do
- Calculate penalties for invalid reasons and lateness by drivers
- Manage the driver waiting time claim process, including validation and adjustment
- Make necessary adjustments to both driver wallets and user wallets
- Handle daily driver fraud activities related to cashout
- Monitor and manage driver deposits while overseeing the distribution of driver attributes
- Assist in preparing monthly cash flow
- Maintain the AR aging report
- Facilitate the settlement of both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
- At least 1 year of work experience as a finance operations or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel), Spreadsheet, and Google Workspace
- Willingness to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and public holidays
