Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce BeautyHaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Job Descriptions
- Responsible for review completeness of vendor invoice supporting documents prior to invoice posting
- Liaise with Procurement team on vendor analysis and term of payment review
- Coordinates with user, vendor and service providers to ensure correct vendor posting and timely record of vendor invoices
- Reconciliation of monthly vendor reports for certain vendors
- Act as the key point of contact and support for P2P matters
- Manage the Company’s Concur administrative matters for employee reimbursement
- Support finance team for ad hoc projects or tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, Finance/accounting is preferred
- Minimal 1 year working experience in finance & accounting functions
- Proficient in basic MS office application
- Result Oriented & Process driven
- Drive Operational Excellence to strengthen controls
- Proactive and ability to analyze, investigate and communicate with proper channels for solutions
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication.
