We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Finance and Accounting Specialist to join our team. As a Finance and Accounting Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies as well as regulatory standards. As a Finance and Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Prepare and process payments for all transactions based on guidelines and ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Prepare and analyze MKBD, Balance Sheet, and P&L reports
  • Prepare cash flow, bank reconciliation, and expense reports
  • Maintain real-time bookkeeping in the back-office system for all daily expenses
  • Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and statements for internal and regulatory purposes
  • Record and reconcile assets, expenses, accrual, other receivables/ payables, trial balance, GL, and more, every month
  • Support internal and external auditors with data and information, follow up, and verify auditor reports and adjustments
  • Maintain petty cash, reconcile expenses, and perform monthly bank reconciliations 
  • Reconcile taxes (VAT, WHT, Stamp Duty), file tax reports, and update financial reports to DJP
  • Collaborate with other functions related to cases, and finance and accounting projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 1-2+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in Sekuritas
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
  • Proficiency in Accounting/ Finance software as well as Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheet
  • Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, and understanding of the business process
  • A meticulous and detailed person with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams
