What you will do, but not limited to: 

• Responsible for financial and management reporting, developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements. 
• Oversee the entire accounting cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and tax compliance. 
• Manage the cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts of the company. 
• Lead the annual internal and external audits and interface with auditors. 
• Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals. 
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including the financial institutions, tax authorities, and business partners. 
• Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to support decision-making. 
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function. 
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. 

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. 

• Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 
• Good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation. 
• Experience in managing audits and preparing financial statements. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. 
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel. 
• High attention to detail and accuracy. 
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations is a plus.
