We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and driven Finance and Accounting Lead to join our team. You will play a crucial role in overseeing our accounting and financial operations,  ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies as well as regulatory standards. As a Finance and Accounting Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, general ledger, financial report, and MKBD
  • Develop and maintain accounting and finance policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure timely completion of audit requirements.
  • Maintaining and updating financial records and databases, including account reconciliations, journal entries, and tax filings, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations
  • Lead the accounting and finance team, providing guidance and mentoring
  • Collaborate with other functions related to cases, and finance and accounting projects
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification such as CPA is preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably work experience in Sekuritas
  • Proficient user of Accounting/ Finance tools
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and driving results.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.
