Finance Administrator - Indonesia

Cookpad are looking for an experienced Finance Administrator to join our team in Indonesia. Your responsibilities include maintaining records of all transactions, processing payments, reimbursements and maintaining assets and office facilities. We expect you to deliver timely and accurate financial services throughout the company.

This role is fully based in Jakarta. Relocation or working remotely from outside of Jakarta is not possible.

What you will do

• Record and monitor financial transactions
• Review and process reimbursements and procurement requests
• Proactively collaborate with relevant departments and external vendors involving payment processing
• Prepare and assist accounting team in the preparation of financial statements
• Maintain inventory of assets, stationeries and kitchen supplies
• Manage complaints related to office facilities

Requirements and skills

• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• 2+ years work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
• Advanced knowledge of spreadsheets and charts using MS Excel or Google Sheet
• Ability to multi-task, time management and organization skills
• Communicative, active, attention to detail, fast learner, and willing to work under pressure
• Proficient in written and verbal English is a plus
