Field Technical Service - Domestic Sales

Job Description:

• Carry out the process of installing or installing feeders in areas where it is needed
• Conduct feeder service or repair processes in areas where it is needed
• Perform the process of maintenance or maintenance of the feeder in areas that need it
• Coordinate with FAS to resolve problems that occur in the field, the need for spare parts
• Doing a daily report after finishing the job
• Doing weekly/monthly reports to the Field Area Supervisor

Requirements:

• Min. SMA graduates
• Adequate experience in the field of technical support and customer experience
• Attention to detail and good problem solving skills
• Proficient interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communication.
