Key Responsibilities
- Develop customers portfolio with alignment to corporate strategy and targets
- Pro-actively identify prospect customers to develop strategic partnership and rapport through value chain creation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design, offer and drive logistics solutions to potential customers with objective of zero defect startup that will translate to sustainable business onboarding and retention
- Go beyond the miles with high resilience and agility to win loyalty of the customers
- Work alongside with finance to ensure timely payment of owned customers
- Work closely with Branch Manager, Country Sales leader, regional & global key account management team to front the high potential accounts within assigned territory with key goal of expanding Bollore’s footprint and market shares
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the freight forwarding industry.
- Preferably Business Development Manager specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Experiences in High Tech vertical – field sales is a must.
