• Have a Motorcycle, SIM C and Active STNK
• Familiar with the area around Domicilie/Location
• Have experience to make visits to customers regarding installments
• Have a good communication and negotiation skill

Job Description

• Conducting visits for collection to Tunaiku customers who are in arrears in their respective buckets.
• Conducting investigations and searches for Tunaiku customers who are in arrears.
• Negotiating the settlement of Tunaiku arrears.
• Minimize all kinds of risks that arise as a result of the billing process.
• Responsible for achieving the set targets.
• Coordinate with related units both internally and externally in carrying out strategies and achieving targets.
