Field Collection and Relationship Officer

Responsibilities:

• Looking for the latest debtor information to be contacted and carry out the billing activities
• Reminding payments or making collections to debtors that are past due
• Daily updating collection platform/management system or debtors list and securing information for administrative services to the system
• Maintain and increase daily productivity in accordance with the set targets
• Carry out other tasks assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experiences in Field Collection area from banking/ financial services institutions.
• Experienced in managing delinquency bucket: early, medium, late delinquent account.
• Skillful in productivity measurement based on improvement portfolio performance, cost, & agent.
• Having portfolio analytical skill for segmentation & monitoring purpose.
• Understand regulatory policy
• Able to develop collection strategy into policy/ SOP for better strategy implementation
• Strong people management, communication, and team player
