About Fazz
Fazz is an ecosystem of financial services that comprise Fazz (Business account for Southeast Asia), StraitsX (Payments infrastructure for digital assets), and Modal Rakyat (Mutual cooperation funding for MSMEs) founded in 2016, as a result of a merger between PayFazz and Xfers, two Y Combinator alumni based in Southeast Asia.

About The Team
Fazz Capital is building lending infrastructure for micro and small business in Indonesia. Leveraging Fazz Financial ecosystem, we aim to empower merchants by providing their financing needs - from warung to buy goods to retail and restaurants to stock up their supplies.You will report to the VP of Micro Lending, along with frequent collaboration with the following departments: Management, Business Development, Compliance/Legal, and Product.
What You'll Do
- Visiting the debtor's house or work to carry out direct billing activities to customers who are late paymentsA
- Achieve monthly billing targets
- Achieve daily visit target
- Carry out the billing process according to internal procedures
What We're Looking For
- Willing to do field work (visit the customer's house at least 10 visits per day and can be more if needed)
- Ready to work with targets
- Owns a motorbike
- Owns an android smartphone
- Have SIM C (Active)
- Minimum education is SMA/SMK/MA/Package C
