The Job
The Field Channel Marketing Lead for Indonesia will require the development of new capabilities to drive acquisition through B2B adequate communication channels by leveraging existing industry knowledge, programs and platforms, refined for the Bitdefender context.
The candidate should focus on developing strategies and planning for products or services, advertising, promotions, and sales to reach the desired target audience. Initiating and executing new campaign ideas should be your forte, and you are adept in both digital and physical media for marketing and branding.
Responsibilities
- Establish and execute on the process for driving new customer growth in Indonesia.
- Define and communicate the GTM plan and drive marketing planning for integrated campaigns, events, and launches including any collaborations with 3rd Parties and agencies and be accountable for marketing metrics (pipe, lead creation & campaign ROI etc)
- Collaborate with the Bitdefender channel partners, with sales teams, with online & communications teams in order to identify strategic opportunities to run integrated marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that all marketing initiatives are agreed with Bitdefender channel partners, implemented, monitored and evaluated continuously.
- Accountable for the marketing budget for demand generation and growth-related initiatives in the country.
- Identify the highest impact brand-building opportunities to bring to life online and offline channels to contribute to lead generation.
- Understand the customer experience and journey and work with relevant Teams (Sales, Product Marketing, Product Manager, Presales) to translate customer needs to GTM opportunities through solution content and business opportunities.
- Working with Content Marketing to oversee advertising and customer acquisition in all paid digital, social, and traditional offline marketing channels.
- Working with Regional Marketing Team to initiate programs that elevate Horangi’s thought leadership for end users and partners.
Requirements :
- Prior experience in driving integrated marketing campaigns and managing tracking of ROI
- Good industry knowledge with prior partner/customer contacts/connections
- Prior experience in field marketing for new logos, channel marketing & working closely with sales & channels team.
- Prior experience in Saas B2B marketing.
- Detail-oriented and driven to deliver quality results.
- Able to respond quickly and effectively, while thriving in a dynamic work environment.
- Strong communication skills with excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication.
- Working closely with sales teams on ABM (account-based marketing)campaigns is an advantage.
- Forward-looking and able to see the big picture to align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of digital trends and capabilities.
Qualifications :
- Based in Jakarta.
- >4 years of relevant experience in Field & Channel Marketing in B2B SaaS environment, preferably in IT security.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated success in Field marketing & well-versed in media and marketing metrics
- Preferably proficient in Google AdWords, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ad Campaigns, Facebook Ad Campaigns, Google Apps, HubSpot CRM & other digital campaign managers.
