Field Aquaculture Development

Job Descriptions:

1. Provide cultivation assistance to farmers who are already registered in the efishery
2. Coordinate the collection of a number of cultivation data information in each farmer's pond
3. Offering efishery products related to cultivation and delivering and onboarding these products
4. Carry out quality control activities before harvesting the pond where the shrimp will be sold to the efishery
5. Build good relationships with farmers to encourage retention and upsell of efishery products and services
6. Building positive cooperation with various stakeholders in the cultivation ecosystem in the management area/area

Job Requirements :

1. Minimum D3/S1 in fisheries, agribusiness, or other related experience
2. Have 1 year experience as sales, aquaculture support, aquaculture technician, or other related experience
3. Ready to be placed in all efishery operational areas
4. Have basic skills in regional management and have account management skills
5. Have good interpersonal and communication skills
