Feature Improvement Engineer

Job Description:

•  Gather issues to identify process improvement needs. Identifies process gaps, manages root cause analysis for Marketing Operations Team.
• Identify process improvements and redesign processes (ex. process and data automation) and ways of working using lean principles and in line with best practices to make it more efficient.
• Build script automation from scratch for web-scraping, extract data and upload data to Back-End or Google Sheet.
• Create database and build a feature in Back-End to improve day-to-day process.
• Build a script or feature to help compare between 2 images (reduce manual eyeballing).
• Ensures full execution and implementation of new processes and systems.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or any related field
• 1-2 years (or more) of relevant working experience in Software Engineering or related field
• Proficient in Python and SQL
• Highly organized, able to prioritize and create strategic plans to solve problems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agile development environment
• Able to converse in English and Bahasa Indonesia to communicate with internal stakeholders
