AYANA Hospitality is a leader in the hospitality industry. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic F&B Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and sales opportunities in the food and beverage department to increase revenue.

As the F&B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential clients while increasing brand awareness. You will collaborate with the F&B team to deliver a high level of service to our clients and ensure their needs are met. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and be rewarded for your success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue in the food and beverage department.
  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through networking and cold-calling.
  • Plan and conduct sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the F&B team to ensure smooth execution of events and client needs are met.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities.

  • Proven experience in sales and hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
