  • Analyzing the needs of the office facilities.
  • Conduct cost analysis for the provision and maintenance of all facilities to support the office activities.
  • Establish a working relationship with the facility provider vendor.
  • Establish work procedures for inspection and facility maintenance.
  • Conducting a survey on employee satisfaction levels with office facilities.
  • Prepare reports on assets and office expenses for monthly budget meetings.
  • Dealing with guests who have needs with employees and company management.
  • Handling complaints related to office facilities and infrastructure.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with facility management.
  • Minimum of 5 (five) years of experience in Facility Management roles, with proven track record working in fast-paced environment, preferrable from property industries.
  • Possessed basic knowledge of financial terms and principles with good ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
  • Good vendor management and collaboration skills to works with cross functional teams.
  • Attention to detail, able to multitask, good time management skills, and strong negotiation skills.
  • Ability to write reports, analyse, and interpret complex business documents.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
