The Regional Human Resources, Executive (Operations) supports the administrative work in relation to the employee life cycle events for Regional & Tech.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with new hire on all the documents needed for their onboarding
- Prepares employment contracts of the new hires and track that is duly signed off
- Apply for work visa if applicable for new hire
- Send welcome email to new hires
- Update new hire information into HRIS and ensure that the information are mapped onto the payroll system accordingly
- Ensure all new hires documents are duly filed into their pfile
- Track new hire confirmation are completed on time
- Attend to employee queries on their need for employment certification letter
- Track work visa renewal
- Submit claims for government paid leave
- Update HRIS on the offboarding information
- Send out offboarding email to employees and managers
- Track to ensure that stakeholders completes the offboarding activities in accordance to the timeline set
- File IR21 for foreign employees who is leaving
Requirements
- At least Diploma in Business Management or its equivalent with specialization in Human Resource Management
- Minimally 1 year of working experience in a set up of no less than 500 employees
- Strong command of written and spoken English language
- Strong administrative skills
