uphold uncompromising standards in quality, creativity and guest experience. They develop and manage large
kitchen teams, design innovative menus, control costs and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene
standards. They also coordinate across departments, oversee inventory and supplier relationships and drive
guest satisfaction through exceptional culinary experiences.
- Bachelor’s or Diploma III Hospitality degree (Preferred: Chefs School)
- English excellent command of spoken and written, is necessary
- 5 Years’ experience in an equivalent position in an upscale hospitality environment.
- Previous working experience in an international 5-star environment
- Should have working experience in different countries
- Should have very good knowledge of International Cuisine.
- Must radiate authority and should be naturally respected by his/her staff.
- Must be strong in discipline and must possess leadership skills.
- Must be cost conscious and must possess good administrative skills.
- Should be creative and innovative
- Has to demonstrate a high degree of cultural intelligence
