Event Manager

Your main duties in flying with us:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives.
• Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends, and staying up-to-date with industry news and developments.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to maximize sales opportunities.
• Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Developing and presenting proposals and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to develop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
• Managing the sales pipeline and maintaining accurate sales records and forecasts.
• Providing regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business opportunities.
• Managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals, as required.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience to manage relation with event promoters in Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia
• Several years of experience in event sales, business development, or related field.
• Had experience in a event Ticketing platform is a advantage
• Strong understanding of the events industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong data analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
• Ability to travel as required.
