Ethics & Policy Specialist

Job Description:

• Identifying ethics & integrity risks and vulnerability in systems and procedures
• Promotion of awareness amongst stakeholders on company values, standards, policies and procedures in ethics
• Conduct preliminary investigations into reported cases of unethical behavior and recommend appropriate action
• Develop and drive the Ethics and Integrity strategy as part of the Risk Management and Compliance strategic direction into the different business through education and training and to monitor and verify our investigation and anti-corruption processes are align with our policy and rules to ensure our intended level of Code of Conduct is met
• Secure a consistent and ethical approach to investigations across all businesses
• Raise a Concern line investigations are appropriately handled

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both spoken and written
• Bachelor's degree from a renowned university
• Minimum 4 years of working experience in People Policies, Industrial Relation or Process Compliance 
• Alignment with the Shopee Values
