About the Role
You will be part of the Ethics and Compliance (E&C) Team based in Jakarta, supporting all entities within GoTo. Under the direction of the Head of Ethics & Compliance, the primary focus of this position is the development, implementation, and maintenance of a complete, effective internal E&C Training & Communication Program for new and existing workforce members and to provide outreach to identify high-risk third parties. This position is also responsible for developing and maintaining metrics and assisting in developing reports or slides of the E&C activities to key stakeholders (e.g. management, Audit Committee).
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute the internal E&C Training & Communication program which includes but is not limited to - New Employee Orientation Training program, Key training focus for the year (e.g. Code of Conduct for all employees, new policy implemented to targeted employees, new Compliance Governance tool training, BOD and BOC training), Compliance training requirements for high-risk third parties at onboarding and refreshed at periodic basis.
- Maintain and track completion rates and ensure completion of attestations, if any, and measure the effectiveness of training (e.g. passing rates, surveys)
- Work collaboratively with E&C heads of the operating units and with external vendor(s) to develop interactive, effective compliance training programs.
- Serve as liaison between E&C and key stakeholders for training and communications activities (e.g. Learning & Development, Internal Communications)
- Document all training and communication activities, and maintain all appropriate records
- Develop thorough training assessment mechanisms, including a system to use evaluations and assessments to determine training effectiveness and identify enhancements
- Explore and select appropriate mechanisms to distribute relevant E&C training and communications based on the desired outcome (e.g. online training, webinars, townhall, panel discussions, leaders meetings)
- Project manage various reporting and slides presentation to management, audit committees, and leaders' dashboards, working with different stakeholders to manage requirements and deadlines
What You Will Need
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in adult learning, training, and communications.
- Demonstrated experience in building a training and education program and communications plan, and facilitating training as required. Relevant working experience in compliance-related training is a plus.
- Experience with selecting and working with vendors to develop training content.
- Strong written, verbal, listening, and communication skills, having the ability to understand and communicate appropriately based on the target audience. Good interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively network within the industry and businesses. Must be able to empathize and collaborate with various stakeholders from other functional teams.
- Able to work in a rapidly changing internal and external environment and support business in a highly competitive and challenging market.
- Self-driven; Possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, curiosity, and strong learning agility. Strong project management skills that demonstrate the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously by maintaining established timeframes, adhering to work plans, and communicating changes effectively, with attention to detail.
- Strong research and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare aesthetically beautiful training and communication materials

The GoTo Ethics and Compliance team reports to the Chief of Risk Officer. Our team’s mission is to ensure that ethical behavior is at the heart of all business activities, through the strong tone at the top and risk-based approach for our corporate compliance program.
