About xenCapital Team

xenCapital is a group that sits under our Experiments team which builds new products that are complementary to our existing suite of digital infrastructure. Specifically, we take ideas, customer pain points, or gaps in the market, and build a new solution from the ground up. This team presents a unique opportunity for people who are looking to build something completely new, rather than improving existing products.

xenCapital products are designed to give our customers access to capital to help them grow. Many of Xendit’s customers are SMEs and startups that can’t get loans from banks or other traditional financial institutions. xenCapital tries to fill this gap by providing fast and flexible financing to businesses to fuel their success. About the role

  • Overview of responsibilities
    • Identify and pursue enterprise prospects
    • Manage the entire sales cycle end to end for enterprise prospects
    • Engage with product teams to represent enterprise client needs
  • Impact of team & role
    • Help Xendit grow its TPV at least 30% MoM
    • Help Xendit grow MACs 30% MOM
    • Help land large TPV contributing clients -- i.e. Dolphins and Whales

Mission

To successfully engage with prospective enterprise clients, with the goal of bringing them onboard as happy customers.

Outcomes

  1. Manage the entire sales cycle, right from identifying ideal enterprise prospects, all the way to closing deals successfully.
    • Develop a list of prospects to contact on a regular basis
    • Use a mix of outbound outreach methods, including LinkedIn/email/phone calls, to contact prospects
    • Meet with interested companies to understand their business, plans, priorities and requirements in detail; then provide relevant information on how Xendit can help.
    • Engage in business and technical conversations with multiple stakeholders in order to close deals as quickly as possible
    • Coordinate integration and onboarding discussions/activities to help clients start transacting on our platform
  2. Propose, lead and contribute to team projects to refine our sales process.
  3. Engage with Product teams to represent client needs and drive product strategy
  4. Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed!
