We’re looking for a Pre-sales Solution Specialist to join our Commercial team, to drive our enterprise solutions and scale the Ready Talent product’s recurring revenue.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and customize enterprise solutions.
- Provide operational support, including candidate screening and interview preparation.
- Deliver persuasive presentations, engaging demonstrations, and timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Implement data hygiene practices and HubSpot tracking for accurate and insightful information.
- Support the sales team in addressing customer concerns or objections.
- Provide operational support, including the creation of quotations and proposals.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with product development, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and industry trends.
- Continuously improve pre-sales processes based on customer feedback.
- Monitor measurable outcomes, such as increased solution adoption and improved conversion rates.

Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Proven experience in generating pipelines using Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) or similar tools, showcasing your ability to navigate and utilize these platforms efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks and interactions.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on understanding and meeting customer needs and expectations.
