Jobdesc:
1. Leading the team in designing architecture for new features or new microservices.
2. Seeks excellence in all engineering disciplines inclusive of data processing, quality assurance, application development, analytics, and algorithms
3. Working closely with other managers and VP and report to them day by day, weekly and monthly
4. Research new technology and solution alternatives to find the best solutions based on business needs and problems
5. Administer facets of personnel administration including hiring, performance management, resource allocation and associate development
6. Ensure the optimal application of engineering resources in order to meet product development and tiket.com customer requirements and ensures the implementation of agile processes that support site/software development processes
Requirements:
1. Critical thinking and excellent communication skills
2. Well-motivated, responsible with deadlines, and can work under pressure
3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
4. Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
5. Experience with GraphQL
6. Experience with React.js (Flux or Redux)
7. Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
8. Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
9. Experience with CI/CD, Refactoring, Unit Testing
10. Experienced with Test-Driven Development
