Descriptions
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, including task planning and code reviews
- Drive technical projects and provide leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment
- Be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of complex technical projects
- Contribute technically to projects
- Work closely with the product management team & Business team to ensure we're building the best products
- In charge in partnering with recruiting to build incredible engineering teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant engineering work experience
- Experience with complex algorithms, and fundamental computer science problems
- Experience with architectural patterns of large, high-scale systems design experience.
- Hands-on technical leadership and people management experience.
- Hands-on programming experience in one of the following: Go, Python, Java and Scala.
