Engineering Lead

- Leading the Tech team on Digital Lending squad
- Making sure all service delivery is scalable and secure
- Coordinate with stakeholders for new integrations and tools
- Experience with team management
- Implement innovative technologies
- Good communication and leadership skill, proven with past experiences in leading a team (as tech lead and team manager), preferably with start up background
- Good understanding of SCRUM methodology
- Good analytics especially on system design
- At least 5 years of working experiences
- Strong in backend development specifically in Golang and basic understanding on front end development (Javascript/Typescript/React)
- Knowledge in P2P business and/or Temenos system would be a plus
