Job Description
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top Product and Tech talent聽聽
- Create weekly content showcasing Amartha鈥檚 culture, values, and innovations聽聽
- Manage @lifeatamartha on Instagram to engage and attract potential candidates聽聽
- Organize events like job fairs, conferences, and sharing sessions focused on Product and Tech hiring聽聽
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to meet hiring goals
- Open for entry-level candidates, including fresh graduates.聽聽
- Educational background in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.聽聽
- Experience in employer branding, marketing, or a relevant industry.聽聽
- Proficient in written and verbal communication.聽聽
- Skilled in creating engaging and authentic content.聽聽
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.聽聽
- Experience in organizing events like job fairs or conferences.聽聽
- Tech-savvy with an understanding of relevant tools and platforms.聽聽
