As our Employer Branding Intern, you'll dive headfirst into the world of mixed domain between marketing and HR, helping us craft and share the stories that make our company a top choice for talent. You'll be part of a dynamic team where creativity meets strategy, and your ideas will have the power to shape how the world sees us!
Your main duties in flying with us:
- Event Management: Support event development, including cold emailing, brainstorming concepts, and preparing for and executing the event on the day.
- Content Creation: Propose ideas and assist in creating engaging content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Data & Reporting: Monitor and analyze employer branding metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align employer branding efforts with overall company goals.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Final-year Bachelor's student or recent graduate, preferably in Technology, Communications, Management, or Marketing.
- Proven experience in end-to-end event planning and execution, with excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in Google Slides, Canva, and Google Sheets for reporting; experience with other Google Suite tools is a plus.
