As part of the Group Community Experience, you will have an integral role in co-creating, facilitating, and executing initiatives across all GoTo that elevates 1) sense of community and belonging 2) talent/career experience, and 3) diversity and inclusion.
What You Will Do
- Working closely with multi-stakeholders across GoTo, from the People and Culture team, Businesses, and Internal Communications – across all countries and functions – to co-create and achieve alignments
- Driving and weaving new thinkings, approaches, and initiatives that will positively impact our people and teams
- Using data and the power of inclusion to generate insights and propose new solutions
- Create narrative and activation plan for GoTo purpose and shared values, to then leading the socialization and activation across GoTo
- Create frameworks, roadmaps, playbooks for the GoTo community that can be used for teams to strengthen their sense of community and belonging
- Drive thinking, approach, and solutions for upgraded Employee Value Proposition for GoTo
- Redefine what Talent/Career experience means in GoTo
- Extract insights from engagement/experience data across GoTo to recommend next steps
What You Will Need
- You have led a few engagement projects, know how to engage, buy-in from different stakeholders with different personalities, preferences, and levels
- You have great interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating with different types of stakeholders, looking for ways to make it more effective. Empathy and listening skills are key here. You enjoy solving problems, taking on difficult challenges, thinking about things differently, and finding creative solutions. You are comfortable with data, data analysis, metrics, using excel to discover actionable insights.
- You are known for your savvy project management skills to be able to organize, lead and monitor a few projects at the same time. And people actually enjoy working with you
- You are confident with your use of English and Bahasa Indonesia, both in written and oral so that you can effectively engage others
- To land this gig, you need to have some experience in solving an organization’s challenges and leading a few projects across different stakeholders
- Other things that would be of value: exposure to design thinking and UX, understanding of the science of Engagement, its key metrics, and a few Culture frameworks
About the Team
You will actually be the second member of the Group Community Experience team. The joy is in the synergies with such a diverse group of people across the Group from the different teams. As with the GoTo culture, we are relaxed in our communication style, but extra serious about work. You have the freedom and autonomy to organize your days and your work, as long as you can be accountable for its quality. We make work fun (yes, we have emojis in our communications and we laugh in meetings while tackling hard problems)
