Employee Engagement Specialist

Your main duties in flying with us:

  • Implement and enhance company-wide employee engagement programs, ensuring alignment with company culture and objectives
  • Plan and execute engagement-related events, workshops, and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture
  • Identify engagement gaps through surveys, focus groups, and employee feedback, then propose reliable and data-driven solutions
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret employee sentiment data, turning insights into actionable recommendations for various People functions
  • Monitor trends in employee engagement, benchmark best practices, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance workplace experience

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

  • 2-3 years of experience in employee engagement, culture, or related HR functions
  • Proven project & event management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset to evaluate engagement trends and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to foster relationships across teams
  • Passionate about building a positive workplace culture and employee experience
