Your main duties in flying with us:
- Support the execution of employee engagement initiatives, including events, sports clubs, communities, and related campaigns, along with handling associated administrative tasks.
- Propose innovative ideas for events and campaigns, and develop reports to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Engagement team and relevant stakeholders to address inquiries and support ongoing programs.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Final-year Bachelor's student or recent graduate, preferably in Communications, Social Studies, Marketing, or Psychology.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse situations.
- Passionate about promoting employee engagement and fostering a positive work environment.
- Proven experience in end-to-end event planning and execution, with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in Google Slides, Spreadsheets, and Docs for reporting; design and visual communication skills are a plus.
