We are looking for a Employee Benefit - Customer Success Admin who can provide ongoing support to our customer success and operations team. The candidate should be detail-oriented, accountable, and process-driven.An Employee Benefit - Customer Success Admin's responsibilities include data entry, invoicing, client communications, and general administrative duties. You will also work closely with our operations team (claims, administration, and financial operations) to ensure all actionable requests are documented, tracked, and successful.
Responsibilities
- Document and process new policies and policy endorsements
- Request invoices and credit notes based on policy endorsements
- Ensure delivery of key communications and critical information to clients and their participants
- Monitor various communication channels (e-mail, mail, and whatsapp) for client requests
- Personal effectiveness and credibility.
- Data entry with strict attention to detail.
- Ability to keep records and files organized - physically & digitally
- Proficient in Excel
- Prior administrative experience.
