Position Overview

The Education Manager will be responsible for driving brand excellence through training and development of retail teams, ensuring consistent delivery of Charlotte Tilbury’s brand DNA, product knowledge, and service standards. This role plays a key part in elevating customer experience and supporting commercial performance through strong education strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Training Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly training plans aligned with brand objectives
  • Deliver engaging product, service, and brand training to retail teams
  • Ensure all Beauty Advisors are fully equipped with product knowledge and selling skills

Brand & Service Excellence

  • Uphold Charlotte Tilbury’s brand standards, storytelling, and artistry techniques
  • Ensure consistent and premium customer experience across all counters
  • Drive service excellence through coaching and in-store support

New Launch & Campaign Training

  • Lead training sessions for new product launches and campaigns
  • Translate global training materials into locally relevant content
  • Ensure retail teams are well-prepared to execute launches successfully

Field Coaching & Development

  • Conduct regular store visits to coach and assess team performance
  • Identify skill gaps and provide tailored development plans
  • Support talent development and succession planning within retail teams

Performance Monitoring

  • Track training effectiveness and its impact on sales performance
  • Analyze KPIs and provide insights for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with sales team to align training with business needs

Stakeholder Management

  • Work closely with marketing, retail, and HR teams
  • Coordinate with regional/global education teams
  • Act as key PIC for all education-related initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in training/education, preferably in beauty or luxury retail
  • Strong knowledge of makeup artistry and beauty industry trends
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Passionate about coaching, people development, and customer experience
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
