The candidate will be the product owner of Ninja Pack, Ninja Van’s prepaid delivery product and have the responsibility to maintain, develop and grow the product on our official stores (i.e.
Brand.com, Lazada and Shopee).
This role will be liaising with cross-functional teams such as Customer Service, Operations, Fulfilment, Finance and Marketing to ensure all E-commerce platforms needs for campaign initiatives, promotions and sales performance growth are met.
This role reports to the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow brand’s own E-commerce site and official stores on marketplaces through driving traffic, acquiring new customers and maximizing the commercial plan.
- Conceptualisation and implementation the regular and seasonal promotions
- Accountable for setting the online channel pricing and following up the P&L, supported by controlling.
- Work with Marketing team to ideate and execute campaigns and promotions across all E-commerce sites and platforms
- Have experience analysing and reporting on marketing activities, in particular analysing ROI from campaigns lead nurturing.
- Monitor and work closely with Customer Service team to ensure customer satisfaction score is above average
- Analyse and develop report findings highlighting sales performance, campaign performance, KPI status, improvement actions, customer behaviour observations, site trends, etc.
- Keep up with trends in the e-commerce space, competitors’ activities, and industry best practices to recommend strategies and ideas
- Maintain updates and resolves issues regarding all E-commerce sites
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders to ensure customer satisfaction and meet service-level agreement
Requirement
- Knowledge and experience working with Shopify, Shopee and Lazada is highly preferred
- At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in E-commerce, online operation, sales planning, product management, or product marketing is preferred
- Able to demonstrate delivery of business results
- Entrepreneurial spirit, analytical, works independently, results driven, self-motivated with high level of initiative and sense of urgency
- Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g. Malay, Chinese) will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
