- Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports, and data-driven suggestions of how the user experience can be improved
- Accountable for daily operations – merchandising, analytics, search-engine optimisation (SEO), website health check, traffic source analysis, animation calendar, run rate, tagging and optimisation, stakeholder management, etc
- Responsible for digital projects partnership revolving in the E-Boutique landscape
- Responsible and accountable to define yearly e-boutique sales target and performance
