Driver Operations Lead

What You'll Do:
- Review and validate vehicle documents and driver requirements submitted during onboarding
- Ensure timely processing of verification requests to meet operational deadlines
- Handle complex or escalated verification cases and resolve issues efficiently
- Monitor team productivity, quality, and turnaround time of verification tasks
- Collaborate with Driver Operations, Onboarding, and Hub teams to resolve document verification concerns
- Maintain and monitor verification trackers and documentation records using Microsoft Workspace tools
- Create, review, and enhance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to verification processes
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to optimize verification workflow
- Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to ensure performance and development
- Prepare reports and updates related to verification performance and operational metrics
What We Seek:
- Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Workspace (Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong understanding of document validation and compliance requirements
- Ability to lead teams, manage workloads, and ensure operational efficiency
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or driver onboarding operations is an advantage
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience in vehicle and driver document verification processes
